Career Development

The Career Development Centre (CDC) focuses on the capacity building of students through skill development essential for the job market in their field of study. To achieve this end, the model of career development has been custom designed to meet UOC graduates’ needs and the programmes developed are unique as they help bridge employability-skill gaps identified by UOC Placement Office through employer surveys. In addition, Career Development Centre helps students acquire requisite skills to compete in the marketplace through career modules, networking events, class presentations, curriculum up-gradation and co-curricular activities.
